Our highest grade: single-donor hair with a whole cuticle aligned in one direction. Barely tangles and survives the most maintenance sessions.
Natural hair with the cuticle intact. Soft and manageable, holds a style well and lasts several maintenance sessions.
We do not work with standard-grade hair. It is mixed from several donors, often with no cuticle direction preserved. It looks fine at first, but within weeks it starts to tangle — around the capsules above all — and wears out noticeably sooner. Premium and Lux cost more up front, but the result is predictable and the hair survives several maintenance sessions.
